Situation
David Ventura was relaunching Front&Centre® with a refined brand and tightly defined offer focused on customer-centric sales and growth. While the strategic direction was clear, David recognised the need to articulate a set of core values to guide the business and align with its long-term vision. He wanted these values to serve as a framework for decision-making, client relationships and the way Front&Centre® engaged with its consultant partners.
Task
David engaged us to help uncover and define values that would shape Front&Centre®’s culture and strategy. The goal was to create a values-led foundation that would strengthen customer relationships, support strategic decisions, and provide a clear internal compass for the consultancy’s growth.
Action
We led a structured programme of guided sessions with David to explore his personal values and how they connected to Front&Centre®’s mission and ambitions.
Through our Active Ethos® methodology, we facilitated deep reflection, challenged assumptions, and helped David articulate values that felt authentic and actionable. We distilled complex thoughts and insights into a set of clear, strategic values that reflected both David’s leadership style and the consultancy’s market positioning.
The resulting values were:

Result
The new values have become the foundation of Front&Centre®’s approach to client engagement and growth. David’s leadership is centred on them, giving the consultancy’s culture strategic focus and consistency.
The values have enhanced Front&Centre®’s position with clients, strengthened consultant partnerships and provided a clear framework for decision-making.
